Today we completed the majority of our filming with our main actress, Lucy. We also completed our photo shoot for the ancillaries, which will both feature Lucy as the main image to show the consistency between all the products. Despite the fact that we still have additional parts to film for the trailer itself, the work we did will mean that we can begin the editing process for both our main task and our ancillaries as we work towards the deadline. Overall, I think the day was a success, and we managed to get a lot more done than we thought we would in the amount of time we had. However, we did end up making a couple of changes to the shots we included, choosing not to include some shots in favour of new ones that were more realistic once we actually started filming, which I will discuss in another post. We ended up making some minor changes to the plot itself in order to make the most of the time we had with our main actress, and get the majority of our shots filmed. Currently we still have to film scenes such as the flashbacks, any shots with the polaroid photo in and any shots that involve our other actors we have chosen, and we plan to complete this as soon as possible.
